cocomunity ("The service") is managed by Code Machine (CVR: 44606844).

By using cocomunity you accept the following terms and conditions

Code Machine has the right to at any time change, extend or limit the services put at disposal. You can always find the current terms and conditions on this page.

In case of violation of the terms, you account can be closed without notice.

Registration

Access to your account goes through the registered email address. It is your responsibility to ensure, this email is not abused. Code Machine is not responsible for misuse caused by a compromised email account.

The service must not be used for any form of illegal activity. The service must also not be used in connection with violent, hateful, racist, or similar activities. Code Machine independently defines what can be classified as falling into any of these categories.

Payment

By signing up for a paid account, you authorize cocomunity to charge the registered card in accordance with the chosen subscription. Payment is processed via Stripe. Your information is encrypted before being sent, and cocomunity does not store your card information. Both Stripe and cocomunity comply with all modern security guidelines. Termination

The subscription can be terminated at the end of a paid period by either party.

You are responsible for terminating the subscription via cocomunity yourself. Termination via email is generally not possible. Termination is done through the service itself.

Your data will be automatically deleted when the period expires, if possible, or anonymized if it needs to be retained for accounting reasons.
